Tired eyes might as well be blind,
Some mistakes they find,
While others are left behind.
Take a day where you seek and search,
Achieving as much as a prayer in church,
Have your eyes left you in the lurch?
You see the product that a world of effort makes,
What’s the point? It’s littered with mistakes,
Calm down and have a piece of cake.
Check your work tomorrow,
Forget all of your sorrow,
Maybe there’s even a friend you could borrow.
Look at that, it’s finished,
Don’t let your spirit be diminished,
Some would have just left it unfinished.
Tired eyes might as well be blind,
Your mistakes your eyes will find,
And nothing bad will be left behind.
Hey Lucas!! I love this poem! You have real talent right there! 🙂

Thanks, I wrote this one because I was getting annoyed at something I was working on. I’m glad it was well received.
