For my sister’s wedding anniversary on the 19th of April I gave them a painting of them on their special day as an anniversary gift.

The painting has been done in my abstract style and it exaggerates some of their features while missing out others to create a nice effect.

I gave it to them when I went to their house for pizza. I rarely go there which explains why I gave it to them early. They were rearranging their living room and it ended up on a table next to the TV.

To get the appearance of the two people close enough to be recognisable I used a photo as a guideline. This was taken on their wedding day and makes the gift more special.
