Ingredients:
Spam (or a similar sandwich meat)
Chorizo
Yellow pepper
Chilli sauce
Microwave rice
Vegetable oil
The spam, chorizo and peppers don’t have a stated quantity because they must all be as close to equal to each other as possible, but you can add as much as you like.
Method:
First chop your spam into strips.
Then chop your chorizo into strips of a similar size.
Start frying the spam strips in 2oz of vegetable oil. From now you must stir the frying mix frequently to prevent it sticking to the pan.
Chop your yellow peppers into strips of a similar size to the meat.
Add the chopped chorizo to the frying spam and keep stirring frequently.
Get a bag of microwave rice and follow the instructions on the packet to cook.
As the rice cooks add your chopped yellow peppers to the frying meats while still stirring frequently.
Before the rice is finished cooking drain the frying mix of oil in a colander which makes it less wet for when the rice is added.
When the rice is cooked add the whole bagful of it to the frying mix and mix the frying ingredients together well.
Finally add 2 teaspoons of chilli sauce to the mix and once again mix together well.
Remove from the heat and serve.
(If you worry about stirring while making rice or chopping things the pan can be taken off the heat throughout the process as long as it’s not for too long.)
I make “Robin Hood surprise”.
Rice or riced squash.
Wild meat. ( deer is the best)
Cream of mushroom soup
Celery (chopped fine)
Butter or cheese to make it all stick together.
